The product is in its original packaging.
The product isn't used or damaged.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear, socks, or certain health and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.
Personalized or customized goods.
Software or digital products that have been unsealed.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item).
